DCS的概念
集散控制系統(tǒng)（Distributed Control System）亦稱分布式控制系統(tǒng)（簡稱DCS），是結(jié)合多種先進(jìn)技術(shù)而形成的，對生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行集中監(jiān)測、操作、管理和分散控制的一種控制技術(shù)，是隨著現(xiàn)代大型工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的不斷發(fā)展和過程控制要求的日益復(fù)雜應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的一種綜合控制系統(tǒng)，是完成過程控制、過程管理的現(xiàn)代化設(shè)備。 幻燈片3 國外稱集散控制系統(tǒng)是4C 技術(shù)的產(chǎn)物。這4C 就是指控制技術(shù)（Control）、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)（Computer）、通信技術(shù)（Communication）、和CRT（Cathode Ray Tube）技術(shù)。DCS既不同于分散的儀表控制，又不同于集中式計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，是4C 技術(shù)相互滲透發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的 。
其特點(diǎn)是采用模塊化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化設(shè)計(jì)，數(shù)據(jù)通信向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化遷移，板級模塊化，單元結(jié) 構(gòu)化，使之具有更強(qiáng)適應(yīng)性和可擴(kuò)充性；新開發(fā)的多功能過程控制站、增強(qiáng)型操作站采用了16位CPU及高分辨率CRT技術(shù)；通信系統(tǒng)已采用局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)（從主從式的星形變?yōu)榭偩€網(wǎng)絡(luò)或環(huán)網(wǎng)通信），使系統(tǒng)通信范圍擴(kuò)大，同時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率也大大提高；控制功能更加完善，它能實(shí)現(xiàn)過程控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集、順序控制和批量控制功能。 其基本結(jié)構(gòu)由六部分組成，即局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)、多功能現(xiàn)場控制站、增強(qiáng)型操作站、主計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接器和系統(tǒng)管理站等。
