職責(zé)： 針對有線電視運(yùn)營商（MSO或有Cable網(wǎng)絡(luò)的通信運(yùn)營商）規(guī)劃解決方案，含戰(zhàn)略/業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃、需求管理、路標(biāo)制定、架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和Charter開發(fā)，抓住客戶IP轉(zhuǎn)型、全業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)會窗，提升華為公司解決方案和產(chǎn)品商業(yè)競爭力； 負(fù)責(zé)面向MSO客戶的融合業(yè)務(wù)解決方案規(guī)劃，包含但不限于 IP Video/Cable BB/融合通信等領(lǐng)域的方案戰(zhàn)略； 負(fù)責(zé)面向MSO客戶的網(wǎng)絡(luò)演進(jìn)解決方案規(guī)劃，包含但不限于CDN / Headend / Hub ,綜合接入，家庭網(wǎng)絡(luò)等解決方案； 貼近客戶，深入理解客戶在MSO領(lǐng)域的戰(zhàn)略和需求，對解決方案需求有洞察力； 分析中長期產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢，基于對客戶&行業(yè)的深度理解，制定公司MSO領(lǐng)域相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略； 規(guī)劃和管理公司級MSO解決方案并推動落地。 要求： 8年以上MSO或通信領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 對MSO產(chǎn)品&解決方案研發(fā)，產(chǎn)品管理等有深厚積累，具有針對本領(lǐng)域領(lǐng)先運(yùn)營商的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； 熟悉行業(yè)相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)解決方案。包括video / Cable BB / IMS / RCS / 增值業(yè)務(wù) / 數(shù)字家庭等相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn) 熟悉行業(yè)相關(guān)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)解決方案。包括Metro Ethernet, OSN,HFC/CMTS/FTTx, HSG等相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn) 視頻編解碼、CDN等解決方案經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； 具備與人良好溝通和推動的能力和技巧； 良好的交流，演講，膠片制作的能力； 快速感知和理解新領(lǐng)域和新知識。 工作地點(diǎn)： 深圳，北京，上海，海外 Responsibilities： Responsible for Cable Operator (MSO/Hybrid operator with Cable network) solution planing ,solution architecture design, roadmap development, help customer realize business transformation to IP Video and whole service operation. Develop customer-oriented MSO service Solution, especially but not limited, the solution of IP video/BB/communication, Converged services etc. Develop MSO network&infrastructure solution, include the solution of CDN / Headend / Hub , multi-access , home network solution design etc. Communicate with the global key MSO to understand and collect their strategy and requirements, provide in-depth thinking and contributions to the solution development. Analyze short/medium/long-term customer needs and MSO industry trends to develop solution roadmap accordingly. Define/Manage corporate-level MSO network and application solution’s roadmap and realization. Qualification Requirements： More than 8 years experience in Telecom or MSO industry with a proven track record. Solid understanding of MSO equipment market and business issues. Integrated product and solution development experience with world class operators preferred. Broad knowledge in the Cable or telecom IP infrastructure, with special emphasis on video / Cable BB / IMS / RCS / value-added services / cable based Home network services in-depth understanding of the industry evolution and trend. Good trace and research the development trend of MSO network, such as Metro Ethernet, OSN,HFC/CMTS/FTTx, HSG, etc. Broad experience in the Video codec theory and video delivery network design preferred. Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills. Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills. Quick perception in knowledge of new fields.
